Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

* All original tags and packaging are included.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

* Items that have been worn or washed.
* Items damaged due to misuse.
* Items without original tags or packaging.

Shipping Fees

For returns or exchanges not related to a manufacturing defect or order error, shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

If the item has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was received, Farfalla will cover all shipping costs.

المنتجات غير المؤهلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

* المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو غسلها.
* المنتجات التي تعرضت للتلف بسبب سوء الاستخدام.
* المنتجات التي لا تحتوي على التغليف أو الملصقات الأصلية.

رسوم الشحن

في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع لأسباب لا تتعلق بعيب في المنتج، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.

أما إذا كان المنتج به عيب تصنيع أو تم إرسال منتج غير مطابق للطلب، تتحمل Farfalla جميع تكاليف الشحن.
